Section titled “General”What is TCGTracking?
TCGTracking is a free shipping and order management platform built specifically for trading card game sellers. It provides real-time USPS tracking for envelopes and supports sellers across multiple marketplaces including TCGPlayer, Manapool, Cardsphere, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.
Is TCGTracking free to use?
Yes! TCGTracking is completely free to use. The only cost is PIP insurance, which is optional and only charged when you use it. There is also a Beta Supporter plan at $9.99/month which includes lower insurance rates and early access to new features.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can create a free account without a credit card.
What marketplaces does TCGTracking support?
TCGTracking supports importing orders from TCGPlayer, Manapool, Cardsphere, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and CSV file upload.
What does the repeat icon 🔁 mean?
The repeat icon means the buyer has purchased from you before. It is a repeat-customer indicator to help you identify your returning buyers at a glance.
Orders & importing
Section titled “Orders & importing”How do I import orders from TCGPlayer?
Log into your TCGTracking dashboard, go to Quick Create, and select TCGPlayer as your import source. You can import orders directly via API sync or by uploading a CSV export from TCGPlayer. See Importing Orders for the full walkthrough.
Can I enter orders manually?
Yes. Use the Quick Create tool on your dashboard to manually enter individual orders.
Can I bulk process orders?
Yes. TCGTracking supports batch processing of up to 100 orders at once.
Printing & shipping
Section titled “Printing & shipping”How do I print a trackable envelope?
After importing your orders, select the orders you want to ship and click Print Envelopes. TCGTracking will generate a PDF with USPS Intelligent Mail Barcodes that you print at home on any standard printer. See Printing for details.
Do I need a special printer?
No. Any standard home printer will work for printing trackable envelopes.
Can I buy postage through TCGTracking?
Yes. Through the EasyPost integration you can purchase USPS e-stamps and Ground Advantage carrier labels directly from your dashboard.
Does TCGTracking support shipping to military addresses?
Yes. TCGTracking supports shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses with full customs support through EasyPost.
Tracking
Section titled “Tracking”How does tracking work?
TCGTracking uses USPS Informed Visibility to provide real-time tracking updates as your envelope moves through the postal network. Tracking is 100% free. See IMB Tracking for the full explanation.
How do I track a package?
You can track by order number or tracking number from your dashboard. There is also a public tracking page at tcgtracking.com/track.php.
How accurate is the tracking?
TCGTracking provides GPS-accurate scan events with delivery date predictions as your package moves through USPS facilities.
PIP insurance
Section titled “PIP insurance”What is PIP insurance?
PIP stands for Parcel Insurance Plan. It is optional shipment insurance that covers your envelopes up to $50 per shipment in case of loss or damage. See PIP Insurance for full details.
How much does PIP insurance cost?
On the free plan the rate is $0.17 minimum or 0.85% of declared value, whichever is greater. Beta Supporter plan members pay $0.13 minimum or 0.70% of declared value.
How do I file a claim?
Claims can be filed directly through your TCGTracking dashboard. The process is straightforward and proof-of-delivery tracking is included automatically.

What is the Beta Supporter plan?
The Beta Supporter plan is $9.99/month and includes lower PIP insurance rates, early access to new features, priority support, and a beta supporter badge.
