Importing Orders

Learn how to import orders from your marketplaces into TCGTracking.

Overview

TCGTracking supports importing orders from multiple marketplaces so you can manage all your shipments from one place. Orders can be imported automatically via API sync, by uploading a CSV export, or entered manually using Quick Create.

Always verify your shipping addresses after importing. TCGTracking will automatically flag any addresses that may have issues.

Importing from TCGPlayer

TCGPlayer is the most common marketplace for TCG sellers and has the deepest integration with TCGTracking.

Via API sync

  1. Go to your TCGTracking dashboard and click Quick Create
  2. Select TCGPlayer as your import source
  3. Click Sync Orders to automatically pull in your latest orders
  4. Review the imported orders and click Process
API sync pulls in all unfulfilled orders automatically. We recommend syncing before each shipping session to make sure you have the latest orders.

Via CSV export

  1. Log into your TCGPlayer seller account
  2. Go to Orders and export your orders as a CSV file
  3. In TCGTracking click Quick Create, TCGPlayer, Upload CSV
  4. Select your exported CSV file and click Import

Other marketplaces

TCGTracking supports the following marketplaces in addition to TCGPlayer:

Manapool
Connect via API sync or CSV export
Cardsphere

eBay

Amazon

Shopify

To connect any of these marketplaces go to Settings, Integrations in your TCGTracking dashboard and follow the setup instructions for your marketplace.

CSV import

If your marketplace is not directly supported you can upload a CSV file manually.

  1. Click Quick Create on your dashboard
  2. Select CSV Upload
  3. Download the TCGTracking CSV template to make sure your file is formatted correctly
  4. Fill in your order data and save the file
  5. Upload the file and click Import
Make sure your CSV file uses the correct column headers. TCGTracking will show an error if required columns are missing or misnamed.

Manual order entry

For individual orders you can enter orders manually using Quick Create.

  1. Click Quick Create on your dashboard
  2. Select Manual Entry
  3. Enter the recipient name, address, and order details
  4. Click Create Order
Manual entry is great for sending samples, gifts, or any shipment that does not come from a marketplace order.

Batch processing

TCGTracking supports batch processing of up to 100 orders at once.

  1. Import your orders using any of the methods above
  2. Select all the orders you want to process using the checkboxes
  3. Click Batch Print to generate a single PDF with all envelopes
  4. Print the PDF and ship all your orders at once
Batch processing works best when you ship on a regular schedule. Many sellers import and batch print once or twice a day.
