Overview

TCGTracking gives you two ways to ship your orders. The first is printing trackable envelopes with USPS Intelligent Mail Barcodes which is completely free and provides real-time tracking. The second is purchasing carrier labels through EasyPost for orders that need full postage.

Trackable envelopes are free and work great for standard card orders. Carrier labels are needed when you want to purchase postage directly through TCGTracking.

Printing trackable envelopes

Trackable envelopes use USPS Intelligent Mail Barcodes to provide real-time tracking at no cost. All you need is a standard home printer.

  1. Import your orders using Quick Create
  2. Select the orders you want to ship using the checkboxes
  3. Click Print Envelopes
  4. Choose your envelope size
  5. TCGTracking will generate a PDF with all your envelopes
  6. Print the PDF on your home printer
  7. Fold, seal, and drop in the mail
Always print at 100% scale. Do not use fit to page or scale to fit options. Resizing the barcode will cause tracking to fail.

Supported envelope sizes

#10 Envelope
Standard business envelope. Most common for single card orders.
A2 Envelope
Smaller greeting card size. Good for light single card shipments.
6x9 Bubble Mailer
Great for multiple cards or cards that need extra protection.
PWE
Plain white envelope for basic shipments.

Batch printing

Batch printing lets you process up to 100 orders at once, generating a single PDF with all your envelopes ready to print in one go.

  1. Import all your orders for the session
  2. Click the checkbox at the top to select all orders
  3. Click Batch Print
  4. Review the order summary and confirm
  5. Print the generated PDF
Many sellers do one or two batch print sessions per day. Import all your orders, batch print, and ship them all at once to save time.

Carrier labels

If you need to purchase postage you can print USPS carrier labels directly through TCGTracking using the EasyPost integration.

  1. Make sure you have EasyPost connected and your wallet funded
  2. Select the orders you want to ship
  3. Click Purchase Labels
  4. Select your mail class (Ground Advantage, Priority, etc.)
  5. Confirm the purchase and print your labels
USPS Ground Advantage is the most popular option for TCG sellers — it includes tracking and is affordable for small packages.

Available mail classes

First Class Letters
Affordable everyday letter shipping.
Ground Advantage
Affordable tracked shipping. Replaces First Class Package.
Priority Mail
Faster delivery with tracking. Good for higher value orders.
Media Mail
Low cost option for eligible media items only.

Shipping to military addresses

TCGTracking supports shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses through EasyPost with full customs support.

  1. Make sure EasyPost is connected to your account
  2. Enter the military address as normal during order creation
  3. TCGTracking will automatically detect the military address type
  4. A customs form (CN22 or commercial invoice) will be generated automatically
  5. Print the label and customs form together and attach to your package
Military address shipments require a carrier label purchased through EasyPost. Free trackable envelopes cannot be used for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Printing tips

Always print at 100% scale

Never use fit to page. The barcode must be printed at exact size for USPS scanners to read it correctly.

Use good quality paper

Standard 20lb copy paper works fine. Avoid very thin paper as barcodes may bleed through.

Check ink levels before a big batch

A faded barcode may not scan correctly. Make sure your printer has sufficient ink before printing a large batch.

Verify addresses before printing

TCGTracking flags potential address issues automatically. Always resolve any warnings before printing.

Drop off at the post office or use a blue box

For trackable envelopes, drop them at a USPS collection point to ensure they get scanned promptly.
