Overview

TCGTracking includes a built-in inventory management system that lets you organize your card stock into physical locations and keep your listings in sync across multiple marketplaces. Instead of manually updating stock on each platform, TCGTracking handles it for you automatically.

Inventory management works alongside your existing order workflow. When an order is fulfilled, stock levels update automatically across your connected marketplaces.

Supported marketplaces

TCGPlayer
Sync inventory directly with your TCGPlayer seller account
Manapool
Sync inventory directly with your Manapool seller account

Enabling inventory management

Inventory management is not enabled by default. You need to turn it on in your settings before you can start using it.

  1. Go to your TCGTracking dashboard
  2. Navigate to Inventory in the main navigation
  3. Click the Settings subtab
  4. Toggle Inventory Management to on
  5. Save your settings

Once enabled you will see new tabs appear in the Inventory section including Locations, Stock, and Sync settings.

Syncing with marketplaces

TCGTracking lets you control exactly which marketplaces each location syncs with. This is useful if you keep separate inventory for different platforms.

For example:

A-1-A→Manapool only
A-2-A→TCGPlayer only
A-3-A→Both platforms

You can toggle sync on or off per platform for each individual location. This gives you full control over where your stock is listed without having to manage it manually on each site.

Adding stock

Once your locations are set up you can start adding cards to your inventory.

  1. Go to the Inventory tab in your dashboard
  2. Click Add Stock
  3. Search for the card you want to add
  4. Select the condition and quantity
  5. Choose which location to assign the stock to
  6. Click Save
You can set the quantity for each location when adding stock. This lets you split a card across multiple locations if needed.
